Property Policy on
Reservations & Cancellations
Best Western Alpine Motor Inn strives to attain the highest levels of customer service like all responsible accommodation and services providers needs to balance those customer serviced ideals with fundamental commercial prudence.
Terms and conditions
- A deposit or credit card payment is required to guarantee your arrival and secure your reservation
- A deposit equivalent to one nights full charge is required and must be received no later than 7 days, 30 days special events after the booking has been confirmed
- A deposit or credit card payment guarantee ensures your reservation will be held for the FIRST NIGHT ONLY.
- When a booking is confirmed by credit card, the property will charge the first nights accommodation immediately from the credit card, and will issue cancellation number.
The guests to be able to cancel booking must keep cancellation number in safe place. Maybek holdings Pty.Ltd T/A Alpine Motor Inn could not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by person or persons making this booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be received 24 HOURS prior to the day of arrival, Sunday-Thursday arrivals otherwise the full first nights fee will be charged.
- For weekend, long weekends, school holidays bookings, special events (Olympic period special policy will apply) minimum stay policy will be enforced. Our office must receive notice of cancellation 3 days, 30 days special events, prior to arrival or full fee will be charged. Fee will not be refundable.
- When a guest walks into reception and books accommodation over the desk, it is considered to be a confirmed booking. These bookings can not be cancelled or money refunded. In some circumstances only half the room tariff could be refunded (sickness or death no charge will apply)
- For group bookings of ten rooms or more notice of a cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refundable.
Maybek Holding Pty.Ltd T/A Alpine Motor Inn reserves the right to implement and change this policy from time to time, and can not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the person or company making the booking.
